The day off bowl.

As much as we love + hate those days off from our routine, we need them. A great way to look forward to an 'off' day is with a treat yo' self smoothie bowl. This week we decided to walk into a Trader Joe's after a 14 hour fast, and load our cart with whatever healthy, GF + Raw goodies we could find. This is what we came up with and it tasted DELICIOUS. 

*We also want to note the smudge of cashew butter on the side of the bowl that makes the bowl a little less perfect. Well, we're all imperfect and sometimes it's okay to embrace the imperfections as a reminder that it's part of life. 


1/2 c spinach

1/4 c raspberries

5-6 cherries (frozen)

1 scoop Nuskin Boost Pea Protein

1 tbsp flax seed

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk


1/2 cup grainless granola 

1/2 banana

1 tsp drizzled Cacao Infused Coconut Butta'

1 WOPPING tbsp drizzles cashew butter
