Fruitless Nice Cream | Vegan

Somedays are just meant for chocolate in the form of (n) ice cream, with cashew and coconut butta' whirls, topped with crushed almonds, cacao nibs and chia seeds for an added crunch. The best part about this recipe is it does more than just satisfy that afternoon crave - it fills up your body with fiber and loaded nutrients to keep you energized for the rest of a busy day. 

Base: 

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Cashew Butter or sub for nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 packet frozen Coconut
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 2 tsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 scoop NuSkin Protein Boost

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs 
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Pepitas
  • 5 crushed Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Motha' Butta
