CAUL(iflower)ING SMOOTHIE BOWL LOVERS | Vegan

Inspired by Lee from America's smoothie with a few extra adds of my own - including some butta' drizzle, this bowl makes top five on the list of top five favorite smoothie bowls. 

Base:

3/4 c Frozen Cauliflower

3/4c Frozen Blueberries 

1/2c Fresh Spinach

1-2 tsp Almond Butter

1 scoop Protein Boost

1/2 c Hemp Milk

1/2c Water

Blend until smooth. Note: Base blends thicker per cruciferous cauliflower - if you like more liquefied smoothies, lessen ingredient(s) of choice and/or add more water.

Toppings:

Shredded/Flaked Coconut

Crushed pistachios (or nut of choice)

1 tbsp Hemp Seeds

1 tbsp OG Coconut Butta Drizzled

1 tbsp Cashew Butter

This smoothie is PACKED with plenty of good fats to keep your metabolism up to speed with your busy day and keep you feeling full until your next meal.
