'Sweet Potato of Mine' Smoothie Bowl | Vegan + Fruit Free

Inspired by Lee from America - I took a twist on her warm sweet potato smoothie recipe - and I don't think I'll ever go back. Let's just say - it takes like pumpkin bread batter, and I was scraping the inside of my blender to get every last bit. No shame in my spoon licking game. 

This bowl doesn't require all all of these ingredients for it to taste amazing, but they do maximize the nutrients your body takes from each delicious spoonful. 

Base:

+ 1/2 Steamed Sweet Potato (skin on), Directions Here

+ 1 Scoop NuSkin Protein Boost

+ 1 tsp Turmeric

+ 1 tsp Cardamom

+ 1 tsp Cinnamon

+ 1 tsp Cashew Butter

+1 tsp Almond Butter

+ 1 tsp Flax Seed

+ 1 tsp Maca Powder

+ 1 cup Cashew Milk

Blend all together until creamy. Pour into a bowl + use a spatula to get the sides. 

Toppings: 

+ 1 tbsp liquefied Cacao Infused Motha' Butta

+ 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs

+ 2 tsp Hemp Seeds

+ 2 tsp Walnuts
