Motha' Latte

This recipe is definitely inspired by the concept of Bulletproof coffee, but took a spin of it's own. Who says a latte can't also be breakfast? Packed with protein to keep your metabolism running fast, MCT's to keep your brain and body fueled without the surprise crash, and of course the cream and flavor to satisfy the sweet crave that often comes in the morning. 

Ingredients:

+ 8-10 oz Organic Brewed Coffee

+ 1/2 scoop of Pea Protein (I use NuSkin)

+ 1-2 tbsp. Coconut Butta'

+ Sprinkle of Cinnamon or Pumpkin Spice (Holiday Edition)

Optional: Splash of Nut Milk

Blend together in Ninja/Nutri or Magic Bullet for about 10 seconds or until you reach desired froth. Pour through a fine mesh strainer or directly into your mug. Note: I bought a fine mesh strainer from the dollar tree to catch any extra spices or mini coconut bits, so I can enjoy every last drop. However, some like to have the extra love at the bottom of the cup.
